The Susquenita Blackhawk Foundation provides direct support to students and educators and enhances the educational opportunity through citizen and corporate support.

District Wide Programs
  1. Resources to enhance learning during the age of Covid.
 
High School Programs
  1. College in the High School - SHS students will be able to earn college credit while in their high school classroom.  Susquenita teachers will be certified by postsecondary institutions to give the instruction
  2. Choral Covid Mask
  3. Band Equipment
  4. College Internships
  5. Field Trip to Historic Boston for AP History Group
  6. Field Trip to Pittsburgh for music groups to work with professional musicians
  7. Artist in Residence Program (Hand building, wheel throwing, rake firing in ceramics, drawing students graffiti, screen printing, and transferring images onto clay)
  8. Indoor Track and Field
  9. Essential materials for the E-Sports team
  10. Tower Gardens Program
 
Middle School Programs
  1. Stained glass project in conjunction with Perry County Council of the Arts
  2. Book Vending Machine
 
Elementary Programs
  1. The Coding/Robotics Club will have students delve into computational thinking (coding) while introducing and encouraging them to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and math.  This will be done through three online resources: The Wonder League Robotics competition, Girls Who Code, and FIRST LEGO League
  2. Orton Gillingham Reading Cards
  3. Makerspace room devoted totally for STEM
  4. Color printing resources for Art program
  5. IPAD OSMO Cases
